Daily Chores
1. Fix blankets on bed.
2. Pick up everything off the floor in your room.
3. Make sure your clothes are in the right drawers and bins.
4. Put any clean clothes away properly.
Kitchen Week
1. Put up the chairs and sweet the whole floor, including the playroom and buy the basement stairs and hallway by the hooks.
2. Empty both sinks, scrub out the sinks, and wipe down the tops and the edges with a disinfectant wipe.
3. Wipe the table and put away anything piled on it.
4. Wipe down all the counters with a disinfectant wipes, and put everything away that is piled on it or out of place such as water, bottles, or papers or Homeschool materials.
5. Wipe the front of the microwave with thieves and a clean towel.
6. Wipe the front of the refrigerator with thieves and a clean towel.
7. Empty the garbage if it’s full; make sure you tie the bag.
Bathroom Week
8. Wipe down the sink and counter, and both sets of tops with a disinfectant wipe.
9. Empty the garbage into the kitchen garbage.
10. Pick up any garbage off the floor.
11. Pick up any towels and hang them in the other bathroom on the hooks.
12. Pick up everything off the floors in the fireplace room and hallway and put it away properly.
13. Tidy couch cushions.
14. Straighten the shoe/boot rack.
15. Tidy the piano books into the appropriate piles or into their folders.

Weekly Chore List
1. Vacuum all carpets, including the playroom, Matt and Matt at the side door.
2. Vacuum all tile floors including the playroom and in front of the basement stairs.
3. Wash the kitchen floor.
4. Wash the bathroom floor.
5. Washout microwave and wipe the front and the top of it.
6. Wash the bathroom mirror.
7. Wash the tub.
8. Wash the toilet inside and out.
9. Empty bathroom garbage and watch out the can with hot soapy water, leave to dry in the bathroom.
10. Organize the bookshelf in the fireplace room.
11. Organize the Tupperware box.
12. Wash the patio doors in Leila’s room and fireplace room, and the windows in the kitchen inside and out.
13. Wipe down all flat surfaces in the fireplace room, including the mantle, TV, stand, top of the TVs, and mom’s desk.
14. Wipe bathroom counters and tops with a wipe.
15. Organize the shoe/boot rack.
Pork and sweet pepper tacos

Prep and make salsa Fresca
Core, then cut pepper into 1/4 inch slices
Peel, then cut onion into 1/4 inch slices.
Finely chop 1/4 of the onions. Reserve remaining onions for step two.
Zest, then juice the lime. Cut any remaining lime into wedges
Cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces
Add tomatoes, finally chopped onions, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of oil to a small bowl
Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine. Set aside
Step 2
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium high heat
When hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil, then peppers and remaining onions
Cook, stirring often, until tender and beginning to brown, 5 to 6 minutes
Add half the Mexican seasoning. Stir to combine
Remove from heat, then season with salt and pepper.
Transfer veggies to a medium bowl
Step 3
Add sour cream and lime zest to another small bowl
Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine
Step 4
Reheat the same pan from step two over medium high
When hot, add 1 tablespoon of oil, then the pork.
Cook, breaking up pork into smaller pieces, until no pink remains, 4 to 6 minutes.
Carefully drain and discard excess fat.
Add remaining Mexican seasoning.
Cook, stirring often, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Season with pepper to taste.
Just before serving, wrap tortillas in paper towels. Put tortillas into two equal stacks, then wrap in paper towels
Microwave until the tortillas are warm and flexible, 30 seconds to a minute. You can skip this step if you don’t want to warm the tortillas
Step six
Roughly chopped cilantro
Top tortillas with pork and veggies, then spoon salsa Fresca over the top.
Dollop with lime Crema and sprinkle with cheese
Sprinkle cilantro over top
Squeeze a lime wedge over top, if desired
Sticky sweet barbeque chicken

Preheat oven to 450°F
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges
Add potatoes, half the barbeque seasoning and 2 tablespoons of oil to a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. For four people, used to baking sheets. Arrange in a single layer
Roast in the middle of the oven, flipping half way through, until tender and golden brown, 24 to 26 minutes. (For four people, roast in the middle and bottom of the oven, rotating sheets halfway through)
Step two
Meanwhile, Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Add chicken, remaining barbeque seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil to the same large bowl
Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat
Step three
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium high heat
When hot, add chicken. Pan fry, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes
Remove from heat, then add sweet chilli sauce. Toss to coat
Cover to keep warm
Step four
Meanwhile halve tomatoes
Add vinegar, half a teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil to another large bowl
Season with salt and pepper, then whisk to combine
Add spring mix and tomatoes, then toss to combine
Step 5
Divide chicken, potato wedges and salad between plates.
Spoon any sauce from the pan over chicken
Serve ranch dressing along side for dipping
